NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS
Please note: Due to a catastrophic computer
crash, all subscriber records have been lost - including the
back-ups. Every effort has been made to re-construct the database
from written and financial records.
THE SPRING ISSUE IS DUE EARLY
IN MAY 1999
However, if you have received a copy of the WINTER
issue (Vol. 2, #1) to which you are not entitled, please keep it with
the editor's compliments and apologies. If you wish to resubscribe,
PLEASE do so! On the other hand, if you believe you have not received
your WINTER issue, and do not get the forthcoming spring issue,
please E-mail me, or write to either the US or the English address
without delay and every effort will be made to get one to you
